Founder, Executive Director and CEO

Simon is the largest shareholder and Founder of DGL. Simon has been the CEO of DGL since 1999. He has over 35 years’ experience in industrial property development, logistics, international trading, manufacturing, and production in Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific.

Alex Wing

Chief Operating Officer

Alex joined DGL in February 2023, originally as General Manager of Operations for the manufacturing businesses. Alex has a wealth of operational experience, contract, and customer management across multiple industries. He has a proven ability to operate large scale industrial businesses and has led high performing teams across the mining, waste, and industrial chemical industries.

Gagan Singh

Chief Financial Officer

Gagan Singh joined DGL in June 2024 as Financial Controller. Gagan has over 15 years of experience in audit, accounting, implementation of new accounting standards, treasury, and financial reporting. He has a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing finance teams. Gagan is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA.

Andrew Draffin

Joint Company Secretary

Andrew is an experienced ASX company secretary with a strong focus on governance and financial reporting. Andrew has been involved with the DGL business for several years, both before and after the IPO. Andrew is currently a Partner at DW Accounting & Advisory Pty Ltd.
